Harvang provides digital marketing services including paid advertising management on Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat platforms, as well as digital products including verified online accounts.
Services are invoiced monthly in advance. Digital products are payable at time of purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
All digital products are for professional and business use only. Reselling accounts in violation of platform terms is prohibited. We are not responsible for account bans resulting from misuse.
Harvang is not liable for advertising platform policy changes, account restrictions imposed by platforms, or losses resulting from advertising campaign performance fluctuations inherent to digital advertising.
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Due to the nature of our work, management fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel within 48 hours of signing (before any work begins), a full refund will be issued.
Refunds on digital products are issued within 24 hours of purchase if the product is defective or not as described. Accounts that have been used or accessed are not eligible for refunds.
Email support@harvang.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 24 business hours.
