Due to the nature of digital services, completed or partially completed work may not be eligible for refunds.

Clients may request cancellation before the project begins. If work has already started, a partial refund may be issued depending on the completed portion of the work.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
Customers are encouraged to contact Harvang support before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in service suspension.
