Due to the nature of digital services, completed or partially completed work may not be eligible for refunds.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • The service was not delivered as agreed
  • Duplicate payment was made by mistake
  • Order cancellation was requested before work started

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Advertising spend used on platforms such as Facebook or Google
  • Consultation or strategy sessions
  • Third-party service fees

4. Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before the project begins. If work has already started, a partial refund may be issued depending on the completed portion of the work.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Harvang support before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in service suspension.

Harvang reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
